현재에는 국내 쇼핑몰 등에서 판매를 하고 있지만,

안녕하세요 주방 수리 기술 정보 채널 엔지니언입니다

이번에 소개해 드릴 공구는

주방 상판 수리할 때 쓰는 공구는 아닙니다

일반 가정에서 안전하게 쓸 수 있는 원형톱 종류예요

원형톱은 대부분 회전력이 엄청 좋잖습니까

전문가용으로 나온 제품이 많거든요

그런데 이 제품은 회전력도 약하고

사이즈도 조막만 하기 때문에

가정에서 누구나 사용할 수 있는

그런 셀프 커팅 도구라고 생각됩니다

바로 이 공구인데요

모델명은 HS300D입니다, 마끼다에서 만든거고요

이 제품을 구입한 동기가 뭐냐면요

구글 검색할 때 이미지 탭을 클릭했는데

아주 작고 귀여운 공구가 하나 있더라고요

사이즈가 작고 아담하니까

휴대용으로 사용하기 좋겠더라고요

그래서 네이버 쇼핑이나 옥션 이런데서 찾아봤는데

이 공구를 파는 곳이 거의 없더라고요

이 공구를 구입한 지는 꽤 오래됐습니다

한 4년 정도 됐어요

그런데 처음에 이 공구 구입할 때 진짜 어렵게 구입했거든요

남양주에 살 때 아리랑 공구에 얘기해 가지고

그 아리랑 공구에서 마끼다 총판에 연락해서 어렵게 구했어요

그래서 오늘 리뷰는 이 공구에 대해서 설명을 드리겠습니다

장비 설명 시작했습니다

지금 보시는 거는 세트 구성품입니다

배터리 충전기, 그다음에 배터리, 그다음에 본체

사이즈는 보시다시피 굉장히 작습니다

한손에 딱 들어오는 그런 사이즈고요

배터리는 리튬이온 배터리 10.8V가 들어갑니다

본체하고 배터리, 배터리 충전기 다 포함해서

예전에 구입했던 가격이 15만 원? 그 정도 줬을 거예요

그런데 지금은 얼마나 하는 지는 모르겠습니다

HS300D의 장점은 크기도 작고, 무게도 엄청 가볍거든요

무게 한번 볼까요, 몇 킬로인지

무게를 한번 재보겠습니다

배터리를 빼고 본체만 무게를 쟀을 때

1.3KG+ 나오네요

그러면은 배터리를 끼워서 한번 재보겠습니다

배터리를 끼우고

1.46KG 나오네요

이게 사실 정확하진 않습니다

이 저울이 매달아서 재 보는 저울이기 때문에

대충 이정도 무게다, 그렇게 참조만 하시면 될 것같습니다

여기에 장착할 수 있는 톱날의 크기는 85mm예요

85mm가 최고 크기다!, 이렇게 보시면 될 것같습니다

작동 할 때에는 여기 안전 레버 있죠

원형톱에는 다 이게 있더라고요

이걸 누르고

이렇게 당기면 작동이 됩니다

여기 뒤에 있는 거를 풀어서 깊이를 이렇게 조정할 수 있습니다

제가 볼 때는 한 3.5cm

그 정도 깊이 밖에 절단이 안 될 것 같에요

3.5cm면은 일반 MDF 합판이 20mm니까

합판도 충분히 절단이 가능하죠

그런데 예고편에서도 보셨겠지만

회전력이 약해서 두꺼운 합판이나

인조대리석, 이런 것들은 절단이 안 될 것 같습니다

제가 실제로 인조대리석 상판을 절단하려고 해봤었거든요

그런데 거의 한 10cm 잘랐나

그 정도 자르니까 배터리 약해져요

아무래도 10.8V 배터리 다 보니까 출력이 엄청 약하겠죠

여기 있는 쫄대를 한 번 잘라볼까요

(인조대리석 쫄대 절단 중...)

잘리긴 하네요

근데 이거는 인조대리석 알판이기 때문에

12T밖에 안 되지 않습니까, 그래서 짤린 거고

일반 상판은 에이프런이 내려와 있고

또 상판 안쪽에 아대기가 대져 있기 때문에

이 톱으로는 어림 반푼어치도 없습니다

이 원형톱은 제가 생각할 때

석고 보드 합판이나 1cm미만의 얇은 합판 있죠

그런 거 하고 뭐 박스 같은 거

이런 거 절단할 때 엄청 유용할 것 같습니다

그런데 이런 조금 무딘 합판들은 처음에는 짤릴지 몰라도

배터리 출력이 얼마 안 되기 때문에

조금 자르다 보면 힘이 약해서 정지해버려요

그래서 이 장비는 전문용이라기 보다는

일반 가정에서 사용하기 좋게 만들어진

공구라고 생각이 됩니다

그리고 마지막으로 여기 보시면

렌치가 구성품으로 이렇게 끼워져 있어요

새날로 바꿀 때 이 렌치를 이용해서

요 중간에꺼 풀어가지고 교체하시면 됩니다

이제 뭐 더 이상 설명 드릴 게 없을 것 같아요

It's made by Makida.

What was your motivation for purchasing this product?

When I did a Google search,

I clicked the image tab and there was a very small and cute tool.

It is small and compact,

so it would be good to use it as a portable.

So I looked for it in Naver shopping or auctions,

but there were very few places that sold this tool.

It's been a while since I bought this tool.

It's been about 4 years

But when I first bought this tool, I had a really hard time buying it.

When I was living in Namyangju, I talked to the Arirang tool and contacted the Makida distributor from that Arirang tool

and it was difficult to get it.

So, in today's review, I will explain this tool.

Equipment description started

What you see now is the set component.

The battery charger, then the battery, then the body size,

as you can see, it's very small.

It's a size that fits perfectly in one hand.

The battery is a lithium-ion battery of 10.8V.

The price you bought in the past,

including the main body, battery, and battery charger, was 150,000 won? I would have given you that

But I don't know how much I'm doing right now.

The advantage of HS300D is that it is small in size and very light in weight.

Let's take a look,

When I remove the battery and weigh only the body,

it comes out 1.3KG+.

Then I will put the battery in and measure it.

It comes out 1.46kg

with the battery inserted.

This is not really accurate.

Since this scale is a hanging scale, it weighs roughly this amount,

so it is only for reference.

The size of the saw blade that can be installed here is 85mm.

85mm is the best size!

There's a safety lever here when it's working.

The circular saw has it all.

If you press this

and pull like this, it works.

You can adjust the depth like this by unscrewing the one behind here

From my point of view, it seems

that only a depth of about 3.5 cm can be cut.

For 3.5 cm, ordinary MDF plywood is 20 mm,

so plywood can be cut enough.

However, as you may have seen in the trailer,

the rotational force is weak, so thick plywood,

artificial marble, etc., do not seem to be able to be cut.

I actually tried to cut the artificial marble top.

But I cut it about 10cm or so,

so the battery is weak.

I guess the output is very weak because of the 10.8V battery.

Let's cut the jjolmae here one more time.

(In the process of cutting artificial marble jjolmae...)

It is cut.

However, since this

is an artificial

marble plate,

it is only 12T,

so it was cut off.

This circular saw, I think,

is either gypsum board plywood or thin plywood less than 1cm.

I think it will be very useful when cutting things

like boxes and stuff like that.

However, these blunt plywoods may be cut at first,

but the battery output is low, so if you cut them a little,

the strength is weak and they stop.

So, I think that this equipment is a tool

made for general household use

rather than professional use.

And finally, if you look here,

the wrench is inserted as a component like this.

When changing to a new blade,

you can use this wrench to loosen the blade in the middle and replace it.

I don't think there's anything more to explain now.
